📋 Description

• Own the People Business agenda for your portfolio, building trusted relationships across employees
• Improve how managers manage by coaching them through performance, feedback, development, retention
• Drive talent and organizational changes, diagnosing needs, aligning leaders on trade-offs, and
• Own sensitive people matters including employee relations, leave, accommodations, investigations
• Lead performance, engagement, and compensation work, guiding teams through twice-yearly reviews and
• Make the wider People Business team more effective by identifying recurring gaps, building reusable

🎯 Requirements

• Strong record of improving how managers manage, including direct coaching on performance
• Sound talent judgment and independent ownership, able to earn senior-leader trust, set priorities
• Good judgment in sensitive situations, acting decisively with incomplete information, communicating
• Strong analytical habits, using people and business data alongside firsthand context to identify
• A hands-on IC mindset, enjoying detailed casework and direct employee and manager coaching
