🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in senior HR Business Partner or People leadership roles, ideally supporting
• Demonstrated ability to develop a deep understanding of a business and translate business strategy
• Strong experience in organizational design, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness
• Proven ability to influence senior business leaders and bring an independent, well-informed point
• Demonstrated pattern recognition and judgment, with the ability to identify organizational risks
• Experience developing or adapting People programs to meet business needs and driving adoption and
