People Business Partner Leader

📋 Description

• Serve as the senior people partner to C-level executives and teams, shaping global strategy.
• Architect and lead large-scale transformation, including design, workforce planning, and AI-driven change.
• Advise global engineering teams with on-call responsibilities.
• Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.
• Bring people analytics to leadership to inform strategic decisions.
• Provide direct coaching to executives on leadership and team dynamics.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record leading people strategy through transformations (AI, scaling) in enterprise tech or SaaS.
• Ability to align Product/Engineering, Finance, Total Rewards, and TA without direct authority.
• Experience building and scaling a PBP team and developing PBPs to partner with senior leaders.
• Executive presence to advise C-suite/VP leaders with candor in high-stakes situations.
• Proven ability to lead across time zones in a fully remote environment.
• Proficiency with people analytics to inform leadership decisions.
