• Partnering with managers and leaders across LUS on team health, performance, development and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 2–3 years in an HR business partner or generalist
• Working knowledge of Quebec employment law and experience applying it in practice.
• Professional fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
• Solid experience handling employee relations matters, including investigations, performance
• Experience supporting both salaried, corporate employees and hourly, frontline and / or site-based
• Experience in a company going through integration, restructuring or significant growth preferred.
