• Navigate employee relations and complex people issues.
• Understand how Product, Design, and Engineering operate to guide decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10+ years experience as a People Business Partner.
• Experience partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders.
• Strong judgment; able to navigate ambiguity.
• Influence and challenge senior leaders thoughtfully.
• Experience with org design, performance management, and scaling.
• Willing to work from SF office at least 3 days/week.
