📋 Description

• Be a trusted thought partner to Engineering and Product leaders and managers, helping them lead
• Lead organizational design efforts to ensure teams are structured to scale, roles are clear, and
• Partner with leaders to identify talent gaps, plan for future team needs, and strengthen
• Partner with People Operations and Legal to ensure People practices remain compliant across the
• Own performance management cycles end to end, including feedback, promotions, role changes, and
• Support clear career paths and consistent leveling for Engineering and Product roles, helping

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in People roles, including 4+ years as a People Business Partner
• Experience supporting Engineering and Product leaders in scale-up or high-growth SaaS environments
• An understanding of how technical teams operate, including engineering and product collaboration
• Familiarity with international employment laws and compliance
• A track record of working with globally distributed teams across cultures and time zones
• Hands-on experience across organizational design, performance management, employee relations, and
