📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on workplace questions, concerns
• Coach managers through performance issues, team dynamics, and difficult conversations, equipping
• Lead employee relations cases end to end, including investigations, warning meetings
• Coordinate annual and quarterly performance reviews, supporting managers in delivering feedback
• Contribute to annual compensation reviews, including market benchmarking, to support internal
• Guide the onboarding and offboarding experience, including exit plans and exit interviews, and turn

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations, ideally within a
• A refined sense of discretion and the judgment to handle sensitive situations with fairness and
• Proven ability to coach and influence leaders at every level, and to hold your ground when the
• Working knowledge of Quebec and Ontario employment standards; familiarity with U.S. employment law
• Full professional proficiency in French and English, written and spoken.
• High tolerance for ambiguity, with the instinct to bring structure and clarity when things move
