People & Culture Automation & AI Project Manager

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain automations across the P&C stack using Make, APIs, and agentic AI.
• Implement end-to-end AI workflows from prompts and LLM orchestration to testing, deployment, and iteration; enable our people teams.
• Configure and extend Workday to support new automation logic and integration requirements.
• Own the AI and automation layer of our tech ecosystem; keep it performant, documented, and scalable.
• Shape AI strategy; evaluate tools, foresee trends, and guide what we build next.
• Project manage end-to-end projects including stakeholder governance and enablement.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong systems thinking: identify where automation creates value in a complex multi-tool environment.
• Agentic AI frameworks such as Claude, OpenAI or Gemini.
• Prompt engineering & LLM orchestration.
• Make or similar iPaaS automation tools.
• API integration knowledge such as REST and webhooks; MCP experience.
• HR operations literacy; understand how people functions work and why it matters.
