  • Act as the first point of contact for P&C queries for assigned team members.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to review workloads and concerns.
  • Communicate feedback and issues to the Customer Success team.
  • Participate in client meetings and provide feedback on team member engagement and performance.
  • Maintain and update employee records within BambooHR and other HR systems.
  • Champion company culture and promote a positive and inclusive working environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • Previous experience in a People & Culture Business Partner or similar HR role.
  • Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Sound knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills.
