• Partner with leaders on workforce planning and org design.
• Influence team evolution: level design, structure, and roles.
• Own full employee lifecycle for your portfolio.
• Own end-to-end hiring: success profiles, interview loops, calibrated scorecards.
• Use AI to accelerate sourcing, JD drafting, and interview prep.
• Maintain Greenhouse data integrity and funnel discipline.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in HR/People & Culture, HRBP + full-cycle recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Quebec employment law; bilingual EN/FR.
• Experience with HiBob, Greenhouse, Deel, Basecamp, Slack, Google Suite.
• AI tools in workflow; prompts/automation a plus.
• People analytics: pull, interpret and present HR data.
