📋 Description

• Supporting talent sourcing and pipeline-building strategies for current and future hiring needs
• Researching candidate markets, talent trends, and innovative recruiting practices
• Helping develop tools, resources, and training materials
• Identifying opportunities to leverage AI, simplify workflows and improve the recruiting experience
• Supporting candidate experience initiatives
• Supporting employer branding initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources
• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university at the Junior, Senior, or Graduate level.
• Interest in Talent Acquisition, HR, organizational development, or people operations
• Experience managing projects end-to-end
• Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
