📋 Description

• Participate in the implementation and operations of our new HRIS (Dayforce). Assist with HR
• Coordinate bi-monthly Celebration Calls and related activities, order monthly employee anniversary
• Support activities related to onboarding, offboarding, and performance management of new employees
• Research and recommend effective ways to keep employees engaged in a remote work environment, and
• Work collaboratively on enterprise level tasks and projects as determined by the People &amp

🎯 Requirements

• Working toward a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment with frequently changing priorities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and handle confidential information.
• Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency, and actively seeks opportunities to
