📋 Description

• Lead the planning and delivery of people integration activities for Megaport’s acquisitions
• Support HR due diligence activities and translate people-related risks, obligations and priorities
• Coordinate people integration readiness ahead of acquisition completion, ensuring critical
• Drive the delivery of people integration activities across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring agreed
• Develop and manage comprehensive integration project plans, including timelines, milestones

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 4–7 years’ experience in People & Culture, HR operations, project management
• Demonstrated experience coordinating and delivering projects involving multiple stakeholders and
• Experience supporting M&A integration, organisational change or HR transformation projects
• Strong understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle, with the ability to translate
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex projects or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
