People Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Serve as an integral member of the People Data & Analytics team, collaborating on reporting and
• Maintain current Workday and Looker dashboards, proactively building improvements that drive
• Continuously audit our data pipeline to ensure accuracy between our systems (Workday, Greenhouse
• Design and implement reports, dashboards, and analysis of the people data, transforming it into
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to design data solutions to meet their strategic
• Respond to reporting requests through our ticking system in a timely manner.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of prior experience in an HR Analytics role or masters degree in applicable field +1 year
• Proficient in SQL and experience transforming data in a database (Snowflake experience a plus)
• Proficient in at least one language for data analysis (preferably Python)
• Experience building dashboards using a visualization tool such as Looker (preference), Tableau
• Experience in transforming data into actionable insights and consulting with key stakeholders for
