People Data Analytics Lead

📋 Description

• Create a single view of the employee lifecycle from recruitment to exits.
• Own the data infrastructure roadmap; enable source connectors and dbt transformation.
• Consolidate data across HR systems and ensure data quality.
• Define Harvey's metrics dictionary for headcount, attrition, and hiring.
• Design scalable frameworks to forecast headcount and model attrition.
• Move analytics from reporting to proactive interventions and risk signals.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in people analytics or HR data, ideally at a high-growth tech company.
• Proven track record building people analytics functions from scratch.
• Strong SQL; dbt experience; ability to own transformation layer.
• Hands-on with a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake preferred).
• Experience with at least one BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Omni, Power BI).
• Direct Workday (HRIS) and ATS experience; understand HRIS data structures.
