📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable people-data models within the enterprise data warehouse
• Translate approved business definitions and product requirements into technical data
• Establish architecture patterns for consistent use of people data across dashboards, analytics
• Partner with the Enterprise Data Team on source-data onboarding, engineering dependencies, release
• Maintain technical documentation for data models, integrations, transformation logic, dependencies
• Proactively identify and recommend architecture, platform, and infrastructure investments toward a

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data architecture
• Strong HR / People Data experience is a must
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data engineering, information systems, or equivalent
• Technical capabilities: SQL, Python, data modeling, ETL/ELT, APIs, Azure Cloud (ADF, Synapse, Blob
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify infrastructure and architecture needs and translate
• Experience with Workday data, Databricks or comparable cloud data ecosystem, and BI semantic models
