People Development Training Specialist

📋 Description

• Assess learning needs and set training goals and objectives.
• Curate, develop, and deliver frontline and operational training programs.
• Create facilitator guides, participant resources, job aids, and activities.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training experiences.
• Schedule trainings and track participation, completion, and effectiveness.
• Partner with leaders to identify training needs and performance gaps.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish; effective cross-cultural communication.
• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Education, or related field; or equivalent.
• 5+ years designing, facilitating, and managing training in manufacturing/ops environments.
• Experience creating SOPs, work instructions, process documentation, and training materials.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning technologies.
• Experience administering LMS; tracking training metrics; strong facilitation.
