🎯 Requirements

4+ years in program management, engagement, comms, L&D, or related HR
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Track record juggling concurrent programs with distinct audiences
Experience owning end-to-end programs from planning to delivery and measurement
Strong written, visual, verbal comms; turn requirements into docs and updates
Experience with vendor management, procurement, contracting
Comfort using data to measure and improve programs
Experience using AI to enhance workflow
