• Help prepare and run the yearly employees satisfaction survey.
• Analyze results and pull out clear, useful insights.
• Build well-structured slides that make findings easy to understand.
• Track promised actions and monitor what’s on track or slipping.
• Follow up with HR leadership and partners to move actions forward.
• Drive projects to completion with structure and follow-through.

🎯 Requirements

• Recent graduate or early-career; internship or similar experience a plus.
• An interest in the human side of work; exposure to organizational psychology a plus.
• A genuine love of working with others; energized by collaboration.
• Owns tasks and drives to finish; self-motivated.
• Problem-solving mindset; overcome obstacles and keep things moving.
• Strong slide-building skills and ability to turn data into clean slides.
