• Shape people strategy: Partner with the Chief People Officer to define and implement the people

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of generalist HR or People Experience experience, including experience in a senior
• Based in the United States, with practical experience managing multi-state US employment matters
• Experience supporting clinical professionals, such as radiologists, physicians, or other licensed
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and executives to develop and implement people
• Strong hands-on expertise across the employee lifecycle, including talent management, onboarding
• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with a track record of developing others and influencing
