📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end administration of employee engagement programs and surveys.
• Own listening strategy and translate results into actionable plans with leaders.
• Collaborate with HRBP, Talent Management, and leadership to shape employee experience.
• Develop dashboards and readouts to make engagement data accessible for decision-making.
• Partner with HR and Talent Management to onboard and develop managers and employees.
• Maintain programs that support a people-first culture across the org.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field, or equivalent
• 3–6+ years in People/HR, employee experience, talent management, or program management.
• Strong analytical skills; turn data into clear narratives and recommendations.
• Comfort with ambiguity and change; ability to embed programs across the business.
• Excellent written and verbal communications; able to present to senior leaders.
• Proficient with HRIS platforms and survey/data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
