🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or Business Partnering.
• Deep experience coaching managers through complex people challenges, including performance
• Strong operational excellence with a track record of leading complex cycles (e.g. Performance
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret survey data and sentiment analysis to identify
• Ability to build trust quickly with managers and employees across all levels of the organization.
