📋 Description

• Own day-to-day People Operations across the lifecycle.
• Deliver exceptional employee experience; coordinate key programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in HR/People Ops; 2–3 years as Generalist/HRBP.
• Strong HRIS experience (BambooHR preferred) and data integrity.
• Experience managing employee relations cases.
• Knowledge of Canadian employment standards and compliance.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
