🎯 Requirements

3-5 years' experience in a broad HR role
A relevant academic background in Human Resource Management or similar
Experience of managing HR deliveries to organisations and managers
Strong understanding of Swedish labour law, work environment regulation as well as solid experience
A holistic and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
