People Integration & Strategic Projects Associate

📋 Description

• Support delivery of key strategic HR initiatives with senior HR leadership
• Prepare materials for decision-making (presentations, summaries, analysis, talking points)
• Track progress and ensure visibility across stakeholders
• Coordinate strategic projects (without owning full PM responsibilities)
• Support post-acquisition integration focusing on culture and employee experience
• Assist in mapping and aligning HR processes across entities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business, Economics, HR, OD, or related field
• Up to 3 years of HR experience
• Exposure to M&A or post-merger integration is an advantage
• Understanding of HR processes across lifecycle (recruitment to offboarding)
• Experience in international/multi-entity environments
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
