• Own the team's weekly performance machine with scorecards and cadence.
• Use AI to draft scorecards, dashboards, and surface risks.
• Create a 4-R scorecard for each role: goals, outcomes, results.
• Set and manage the weekly cadence: 1:1s, tacticals, reviews.
• Drive data-backed accountability and hard conversations.
• Build the Management OS and hand cadence to leads.

🎯 Requirements

• Built a scorecard or KPI/OKR system you personally designed.
• Ran a weekly performance cadence that moved a team metric.
• Managed at least one underperformer to an outcome.
• Accountability that runs on data and dashboards.
• Heavy AI tool use (Claude or equivalent) in daily workflow.
• Ability to gain adoption from people who don't report to you.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
