📋 Description

• Define and execute the France People Strategy in alignment with the Group's global People agenda
• Partner with and challenge Leadership Team members on organizational design, leadership, talent
• Lead employee and labor relations while ensuring compliance with French labor law, collective
• Drive talent and leadership development through performance management, succession planning, talent
• Lead transformation projects and organizational changes while ensuring employee engagement and
• Use People data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and support business

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience as an HR Director, Head of HR, or senior leader managing a large-scale
• Strong experience in a retail, multi-site, or highly operational customer-focused environment.
• Deep knowledge of French labor law, employee relations, and works council (CSE) environments.
• Proven experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Recognized expertise in talent management, leadership development, performance management, and
• Excellent ability to influence and support senior leadership teams in strategic decision-making.
