📋 Description

• Own training and employee development; manage LMS and content.
• Drive engagement and culture with programs and gamification.
• Lead cross-functional People projects from scope to delivery.
• Own onboarding infrastructure for all employees (remote/on-site).
• Oversee offboarding to ensure smooth, respectful exits.
• Partner with leaders to align training with performance reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in People Ops, HR, or Recruiting.
• Comfort with HR systems; ATS and LMS; able to pull reports.
• Strong project management; multi-track ownership.
• Clear, direct communication and concise writing.
• Genuine passion for people, development, and process.
• Data-driven; track metrics and advocate for resources.
