Run daily HR ops in EMEA (HR systems, immigration, mobility, policies) and scale.
Ensure UKVI compliance and statutory reporting.
Maintain HRIS (Workday) and other HR tools; support updates.
Oversee Benefits Programs across EMEA.
Foster cross-functional relations with Payroll and Talent Acquisition.
Serve as People Ops SME for employee inquiries and scalable processes.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in general people operations or HR generalist roles.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
HRIS expert (Workday, Rippling, DEEL, Zendesk, Greenhouse) with AI focus.
Process-driven problem solver, comfortable with ambiguity.
Empathy and emotional intelligence to build relationships.
Experience working in the EMEA region.
