People Operations & AI Associate

📋 Description

• Build automations to replace manual People Ops work.
• Create data infrastructure for salary bands, job architecture, and leveling.
• Maintain Workday processes and keep integrations with payroll, Pulley, and Ashby clean.
• Support compensation modeling and annual review cycles from a systems perspective.
• Evaluate and implement AI tools relevant to People Ops and compensation.
• Partner with our Total Rewards & Infrastructure Lead to build and execute a People AI roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years in a People Systems, HRIS, or People Ops role at a fast-moving company.
• Genuine excitement about AI and automation — you follow what's happening and want to build with it.
• Workday experience with real configuration depth — business processes, reports, security roles.
• You figure things out without needing a perfect brief and move fast without breaking things.
• Comfortable with compensation data and can hold your own in a conversation about comp modeling.
• You communicate clearly and can translate a system problem for someone who doesn't live in the tools.
• Based in the United States.
