Proactively resolve screening issues and escalate to ensure 100% completion.
Manage onboarding tasks in HRIS/Workday with timely completion.
Daily processing of new hires and onboarding progress to meet deadlines.
Partner with stakeholders across global teams to support legal talent onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
Experience with HRIS and Workday; background checks and onboarding.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with a global workforce.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proactive problem solving and data accuracy.
