  • Work the helpdesk: triage and resolve HR tickets in FreshService and Serval.
  • Process transactions in Workday: enter and maintain employee data across the lifecycle.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding: coordinate day-one logistics and setup in Workday.
  • Pull and deliver reports from Workday to support the People team, Finance, and leadership.
  • Spot improvements: flag recurring tickets for automation or KB gaps.

  • 2-4 years in People Operations, HR Shared Services, or similar operational HR role
  • Hands-on Workday experience; comfortable processing transactions and running reports
  • Experience in a helpdesk or ticketing queue (FreshService, Zendesk, ServiceNow)
  • High attention to detail; catch data errors before they become problems
  • Clear, professional written communication
  • Self-directed and organized; manage your own queue
