People Operations and Insights Project Manager

📋 Description

• Tackle ambiguous questions with rigor; own projects from problem definition to recommendation.
• Develop and implement project plans; optimize workflows and engage stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation for timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, engineering) to improve processes.
• Establish governance; ensure activities, decisions, and milestones meet standards.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership, internal/external stakeholders, and users.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in project management, business ops, or consulting; 2+ years in HR.
• Proven ability to navigate complexity and drive results with urgency and thoughtfulness.
• Experience cross-functional with HR, Finance, Legal, Product, Tech, and Leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decision making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Proficiency in Asana, Jira, Airtable and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
