People & Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Build HR processes end-to-end (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, approvals, reporting)
• Own our HR system: implement new features and modules, automate, keep data quality high, and be the
• Lead People projects from concept to rollout
• Shape the culture and run office operations in our Munich office
• Handle day-to-day HR administration
• Build People dashboards and reports that support data-driven decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• First practical experience from internships or working student roles, ideally in HR, People
• Strong analytical and structured thinking, with a mindset for building processes
• Tech affinity: you enjoy working with tools and ideally have first experience with HR systems
• Strong communication skills and a high level of discretion with sensitive topics
• Ownership mindset: You see a manual process and fix it without waiting to be asked
