📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 coaching to members via virtual sessions using Mento tools
• Participate in ongoing coaching training to improve skills
• Communicate with members via Mento email or in-app chat
• Share coaching tools and insights to improve practices
• Act with kindness, respect, and empathy as a Mento ambassador

🎯 Requirements

• VP+/C-suite HR leader with 20+ years leading HR teams and coaching
• Wants to turn people leadership into coaching skills
• Passionate about helping people advance in their careers
• Self-aware with high emotional intelligence and empathy
• Must complete Mento's ICF-certified Coaching 101 training
• Remote position; based in North America or Europe
