📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members via virtual sessions using Mento tools
• Participate in ongoing training to improve coaching skills
• Communicate with members via Mento email or chat between sessions
• Share coaching tools and insights to enhance our practices
• Act with kindness, respect, and empathy as a Mento ambassador
• Dedicate 12+ hours per month for 24+ months

🎯 Requirements

• VP+ or C-suite HR leader with 20+ years managing HR teams and coaching
• Wants to turn people leadership into coaching skills
• Coaching certification a plus but not required
• Passion for helping people advance in the workplace
• Self-aware with high emotional IQ; safe space for vulnerability
• Available 12+ hours per month for 24+ months
