• Be the reference for People data insights, supporting HR, Talent, Finance and regional teams in
• Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports for key People metrics (headcount, attrition
• Write SQL (BigQuery) and model People data so it is reliable, documented and reusable.
• Build internal tools and lightweight apps on top of our data, using LLM-assisted development, to
• Design and validate AI-powered workflows over People data (e.g. natural-language querying

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in data analytics; People Analytics is a plus.
• Degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering or similar (a Master's is a
• Strong SQL and solid command of Google Sheets/Excel; experience with a BI tool (Looker or similar).
• Hands-on experience using LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini…) to accelerate SQL, scripting or app
• Ability to explain findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders and turn data into
• Care for sensitive data: you understand why compensation and performance data need special
