People Operations Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end architecture of Alloy's People tech stack, from Rippling and Ashby through to
• Evaluate, pilot, and implement AI-native, agentic tooling across the employee and candidate
• Lead the overhaul and replacement of legacy People systems, and independently drive the
• Build the integrations and data pipelines connecting People systems to business intelligence and
• Design and maintain self-service reporting for workforce planning, hiring funnel health, retention
• Establish data governance across every People system: access controls, audit trails, and quality

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in People Systems, People Analytics, HRIS, or a comparable technical operations role
• Hands-on depth with modern HR tech stacks such as Rippling and Ashby, or comparable HRIS and ATS
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills, with reporting you have built yourself in Looker, Tableau, or
• A track record of leading system migrations or consolidations, not just maintaining what already
• Sharp judgment on data privacy, access, and governance in a regulated or compliance-sensitive
• The ability to translate technical systems work into business impact for non-technical
