📋 Description

• Provide HR partnership and support for strategic initiatives for assigned business groups.
• Foster and maintain relationships with leaders and employees, guiding HR issues at all levels.
• Influence and coach leaders to achieve business objectives within assigned populations.
• Manage employee relations and act as change agent by implementing HR best practices.
• Manage talent development and succession planning; identify performance gaps and training needs.
• Maintain knowledge of compliance requirements for day to day employee management; collaborate with legal.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field.
• 3+ years of HRBP experience.
• Previous experience in coaching employees and management through complex, difficult issues.
• Proven strong foundation and knowledge of HR principles including employment law and compliance requirements.
• Proven client management and business acumen.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
