📋 Description

• Own core program design for the People Operations Team; provide support for operational programs
• Partner closely with a team of People Partners (HRBPs) to align your support to the Business
• Provide functional and tactical recommendations to leaders based on knowledge of best practices
• Lead accurate operational execution for internal mobility and Boxer changes -- from our People
• Ensure the People Team’s compliance with key controls, assisting in audit and compliance initiatives
