People Operations Generalist

📋 Description

• Lead development and management of People data and reporting.
• Optimize People systems across Rippling, Carta, Greenhouse, JIRA, and PAVE.
• Own rotation and mobility program, shaping policy and processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Provide primary point of contact for rotations, benefits, leaves, and time off.
• Generate dashboards and reports for data-driven decision making.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a People or HR role.
• Detail-oriented and data-driven mindset.
• Intuition to identify improvements in our operational cadence.
• Proactivity in problem-solving and gap-filling.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with HRIS, people analytics tools, and large datasets.
