• Own full lifecycle visa cases and support employee relocations while staying compliant across new
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and People teams to deliver a positive employee experience.

• Own the strategy and vendor relationships for immigration and mobility programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in People Ops, mobility, immigration, or compliance in a global context.
• Strong vendor management and external counsel engagement experience.
• Proven ability to design processes at a scaling company.
• Autonomy, accountability, and strong communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to high-stakes, high-stress scenarios.
• Excellent organizational skills and bias toward action with sound judgment on compliance risk.
