🎯 Requirements

Hands-on People/HR Operations, scale-up experience, CIPD or equivalent.
Payroll input and benefits administration; HiBob experience is a plus.
Strong HRIS skills, data and spreadsheets; automation and integrations.
Proven AI-building experience with workflows/tools.
Excellent organization, discretion with confidential info.
Fast learner, comfortable with pace, ambiguity and autonomy.
