People Operations Lead (Fixed term Contract)

📋 Description

• Own the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Manage payroll input and benefits administration
• Manage the HRIS (HiBob) and people data
• Oversee office management and socials
• Build AI-native workflows to automate routine processes
• Partner with finance on reporting and year-end

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on People or HR Operations experience in a scale-up
• CIPD or equivalent experience required
• Payroll input and benefits administration experience
• HiBob experience is a plus
• Strong HRIS skills across workflows, automations and integrations
• Experience building with AI workflows or tools
