People Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as primary owner and subject matter expert for ADP Workforce Now, partnering with HR
• Establish data architecture and governance protocols to safeguard data integrity, streamline
• Oversee seamless full-cycle onboarding and offboarding processes, continually evolving system
• Manage and mentor the People Operations Analyst, ensuring accurate processing of all employee
• Develop and maintain ADP reports, metrics, and dashboards to provide meaningful operational and
• Ensure regulatory and legal compliance across city, state, and federal labor laws by overseeing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of HRIS administration experience, including 3+ years direct ADP experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge in HRIS system set up and administration (ADP preferred)
• Data and process driven, great organizational skills, high attention to detail
• Strong Excel proficiency and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
