• Design and execute structured processes with minimal direction.
• Strong project management; multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Experience owning HR systems and automations; Rippling preferred.
• Attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information.
• Strong written and verbal communication; high emotional intelligence.
