People Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and
• Manage core HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle
• Lead and coordinate the new hire orientation and onboarding program in partnership with Talent
• Maintain and optimize People tech stack (BambooHR, Greenhouse, Employee Navigator), ensuring data
• Partner with People Operations Director and Finance to execute semi-monthly payroll and reconcile
• Support annual open enrollment and total rewards administration

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related discipline
• 3-5+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience, ideally in fast-growing tech, SaaS, or
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and People tools (BambooHR, Greenhouse, Employee Navigator preferred)
• Solid knowledge of federal and state employment laws, compliance, payroll, and benefits
