🎯 Requirements

7+ years in People Ops incl. recruiting, onboarding, payroll & benefits.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience filling tech and data roles (e.g., software, data analytics).
Strong analytical skills using data to drive outcomes.
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
In-depth knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Proven success building high-caliber orgs.
