People Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Administer Evio's benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, 401(k))
• Become Evio's internal expert on benefits; provide timely teammate support
• Resolve benefit issues with teammates, brokers, carriers, vendors
• Administer leaves of absence and workplace accommodations
• Manage relationships with brokers, vendors, external partners
• Recommend improvements to benefits and policies based on feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in people operations, HR, or benefits administration
• Experience administering employee benefits and supporting leaves
• Experience managing people systems and maintaining accurate records
• Experience managing relationships with external vendors and brokers
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment law, compliance and leave admin
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
