• Shape the People approach as Rogo enters new markets across EMEA
• Build a thoughtful, efficient onboarding experience that sets new hires up for success
• Run performance review and engagement survey cycles, equipping managers with clear guidance and
• Own People systems, workflows, and data accuracy across the employee lifecycle; improve automations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of People Operations or HR experience in a high-growth environment
• Experience supporting rapid expansion across EMEA, including scaling operations across countries
• Hands-on experience with UK immigration and visa sponsorship, plus exposure to immigration and
• A track record of building effective programs and processes with minimal direction
• Strong judgment—connect employee needs with business priorities and know when to act independently
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives across teams from start to
